Vocabulary Master Pro is sold through Google Play, which means Google takes the payment and Google handles refunds. This page says how to ask for one.
1. Who refunds a purchase
Google is the seller of every Pro subscription. Refund requests go to Google Play, under Google's own refund rules, not to us. We cannot charge you, and we cannot refund you.
The website sells nothing, so there is nothing to refund there. The free tier costs nothing and the seven-day trial asks for no payment details.
2. How to ask
- Within 48 hours of the charge, use Google Play's own refund form or the order receipt email; this is the quickest route and is usually automatic.
- After 48 hours, contact Google Play support, who decide case by case.
- If Google declines and you believe the charge was a mistake, write to aa.studio.focus@gmail.com with the order number from your receipt and we will support the request with Google where we can.
3. What happens to your account
A refunded subscription ends when Google says it has ended. Your account then returns to the free tier: every word you have learned stays, reviews continue as before, and new words go back to ten a day. Nothing you have studied is deleted.
4. Cancelling instead of refunding
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. If you cancel in Google Play, Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew.
